We are learning about what the Earth is like on the outside and the inside. We used hard-boiled eggs as mini-models for the earth. We got to design our own continents and islands on the outside of the egg shell. At the end of the experiment we got to eat the egg.

Kia ora Brooke my name is Kaitlin and I am a student at Paihia Primary School. I am amazed at how simliar the earth is to a boiled egg the only thing is that you could have given more information about what your doing otherwise that was great. Did you have fun doing this experiment? Have you done anything else about the earths layer’s?
